QR CODE IN INVOICE
You can now print the QR Code in your customisations as well as based on your requirements. QR code (Quick Response Code) is a convenient way to store all kinds of data or information in a small space. The purpose of having a dynamic QR code on invoices is to facilitate digital payments. By default, this QR Code will have IRN and other information. It enables the consumers to make payment using UPI by scanning the QR code provided on the invoices.
The following are the details are captured in dynamic QR code as per the regulations:
- Supplier GSTIN No.
- Supplier UPI ID
- Payee’s Bank A/C number & IFSC
- Invoice number & invoice date
